Do I need to be home for my cleaning service?

-You do not need to be home when we arrive for your clean. Most clients provide us with a spare key or garage code. 

How do I pay?

-We take payment at the end of our service. We take Cash, Check Debit/Credit card and Venmo. 

Do you charge a pet fee?

-We charge an additional $20 fee per cleaning if you have pets in your home. This is due to the additional cleaning needs, time, and effort it takes the cleaner.

Should I tip my cleaner?

-Gratuity is not expected, or required, but is very much appreciated. Standard practice is 15%-20%, or $10-$20/cleaner.

What is your cancellation Policy?

-If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if the cleaner is unable to enter the home, a cancellation fee of $20 will be charged to the card on file. If you miss or cancel three consecutive appointments in a row we will automatically remove you from our schedule. 

What is our guarantee? 

-We try our best to ensure your home is cleaned to your satisfaction, if you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning services, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean your home to your satisfaction.
